If you live in Minnesota and want to establish sessions in-person, please indicate this preference in your message request. I currently have a limited amount of spots for in person appointments.

All sessions are completed on a HIPPA-compliant platform.
As a client, in order to comply with the licensing board, you must reside & complete sessions while located in either Minnesota or Oregon.
I believe that one size doesn’t fit all. I integrate a variety of approaches & tend to work best with folks wanting to step out of the box of societal expectations.

Starting therapy itself can feel all sorts of ways, sometimes the virtual piece adds another layer of hard. Please don’t hesitate to reach out about any questions or feels you may have - I’ll do my damndest to make it feel comfortable & safe.
My office is located in the North Loop of Minneapolis on the 3rd floor of the IDC Building.
If you are driving, please be aware that there is not a parking lot. You can either use metered street parking right outside the building or use one of the public ramps (Hennepin Avenue Ramp or Second and Second Ramp) a few blocks down.
Although there is not a waiting room outside the office door, there is a lobby on the 1st floor right when you walk into the building. Please wait in the lobby until a couple of minutes prior to your appointment time before heading up to the 3rd floor.
